Where do we start from
Nicelli Airport
Venice Lido Airport
Giovanni Nicelli Airport (LIPV) is located in the prestigious setting of the Lido di Venezia, in the northern part of the island just ten minutes by boat from the historic city center.
The airport, perfectly preserved example of 1930s architecture, it is the oldest trading post in Italy.
In 2014 Nicelli airport was included in the ranking of the ten most beautiful in the world drawn up by the BBC by Jonathan Glancey.
It features a 994x45 m grass runway and heliport, with a 25x35 m grass landing area. It is from the latter that all the fantastic tours offered by FlyVenice take off.

How to reach us
By car: arrival at Isola Nova del Tronchetto - ferry no. 17 (about 40 minutes) - from the Ferry Boat Lido, turn left towards Riviera San Nicolò - after 270 meters, turn right into via R. Morandi - Nicelli airport is about 190 meters away.
By train: from Santa Lucia railway station to Lido / Santa Maria Elisabetta:
- Landing B - line 5.1: timetable
- Landing E - line 1 (about an hour's journey to the Lido. This line makes all the stops on the Grand Canal and St. Mark's Basin): timetable
- From Piazzale Roma “B” - Line 6 : timetable
- By bus: line A to the San Nicolo' church stop, then on foot take via R. Morandi.
- By foot: go to north-east along Riviera Santa Maria Elisabetta for 1.8 km to the intersection with via R. Morandi.
